  • Freestyle 30 - A 30 minutes aerobics cardio class for all fitness levels

  • Spin -Group cycling class with 35 bikes in a cosmic style room fantastic calorie burner and fitness builder in a motivating atmosphere

  • Blitz abs - a 30 minute total ab workout

  • Boxing 4 Fitness - Fantastic circuit style class using focus pads, punching bags and speedballs
