Equipped with the latest strength machines, full range of free weights and benches as well as functional training cable machines, kettle bells and a TRX Rib.

Cardio Room

Sweeping views across local suburbs contribute to the light and any ambiance.  Enjoy exercising with individual TV screens on treadmills, cross trainers, upright and recumbent bikes and stepmills.  NO TIME LIMITS!  First in Australia, unique ‘My Ride’ virtual spin screens offering a choice of over 100 x 30 minute instructor led spin classes any time you like.

Group Exercise Room

Large open group exercise room capacity 60 participants.

Mind Body Room

A second studio which is home to our Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates mat and dance style classes.

Pilates Reformer bed studio

15 Stott Reformer beds.  Leading brand beds imported from Canada. Dedicated specialist studio.

Rampage

Huge area which is home to our Kids circuit classes as well as our TRX rig and indoor bootcamp classes.

Spin

Large airy and fully air conditioned spin room. Now with 55 bikes.  One of our most popular programs with Melbourne leading instructors.

Creche

Government registered childcare centre with experienced staff and age appropriate activities.

Café

Relax at the ‘Rek Café’ best coffee in the area as well as a full range of healthy snacks and both eat in and take home meals.
